CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Thantara Thai-Remedial Massage has a strict no-refund policy for changes of mind or personal circumstances. Treatments are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.

If you wish to cancel your treatment due to a change of mind or circumstance, you may reschedule your appointment to a later date, provided you give at least 12 hours’ notice.
